Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality teletherapy services addressing a wide array of mental health issues through individual, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, formulate treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions to address those needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing counseling to diverse client populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted counseling license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or mental health setting, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in utilizing necessary technology for teletherapy, including a reliable laptop or desktop computer, a stable internet connection, and an HD webcam.

• Ability to consistently work independently and manage time effectively.
\n
• Successful completion of a background check.
\n
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, accommodating clients’ needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is a minimum requirement, we appreciate candidates with more extensive backgrounds in specialized areas of mental health counseling, including trauma-informed care, family therapy, or substance abuse recovery.
