Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, establish diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans targeting concerns such as depression, anxiety, and marital issues.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in the EMR system, adhering to best practices and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in case management by coordinating care with other healthcare providers, facilitating referrals, and serving as a point of contact for patients and their families.

• Consult with medical professionals and other department staff regarding patient treatment plans to ensure a cohesive approach to care.

• Respond to mental health crises with confidence, utilizing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans as needed.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

The role focuses on a diverse patient population, including individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health diagnoses and life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
