Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their specific challenges and situations.

• Deliver effective therapy using evidence-based practices through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and trust during each session.

• Engage clients in collaborative dialogue to establish therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, based on client preferences and treatment objectives.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate records of client progress and adhering to ethical and legal standards within a remote work setting.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share resources, and collaborate on treatment strategies with peers in a supportive network.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A minimum of a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology; a doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport and maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients remotely.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards clients’ experiences and mental health needs.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple clients and documentation in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a remote therapy role is an advantage, although not mandatory.

• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred, especially in addressing issues related to trauma, adversity, and resilience.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year , based on your caseload and experience.
