Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns during initial consultations, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness strategies, to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• Current state license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor, including any additional certifications required by Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your qualifications and experience.
