Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments via interviews, observational methods, and careful review of patient medical histories, identifying key emotional, social, and environmental factors that may influence recovery from serious illness.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions to patients and their families, focusing on helping them navigate adjustment issues related to terminal illness or major life changes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
