Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and social circumstances, employing standardized tools and interviews to establish effective treatment goals.

• Provide one-on-one counseling for clients dealing with complex emotional challenges related to terminal illness, grief, and family dynamics, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate support group sessions, offering psychoeducation on coping strategies, grief processing, and fostering peer connectivity among clients and their families.

• Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that include measurable outcomes and are rooted in best-practice methodologies.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and mobilizing emergency resources as needed according to client circumstances.

• Advocate for clients’ access to vital services, providing guidance on navigating healthcare systems and community resources beneficial to their care.

• Maintain meticulous client records to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and client outcomes accurately.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals nearing the end of life and their families, addressing the emotional and psychological impacts of terminal diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
