Grower Value: Maximise grower returns and maintain exceptional transparency. What You’ll Do Translate the global sales strategy into a successful North American commercial plan. Set and execute regional sales targets, revenue goals, and market‑share strategies for blueberries. Deepen partnerships with major retailers by understanding their needs and driving mutual value. Conduct market reviews, track competitor insights, and identify emerging opportunities. Oversee accurate and efficient sales administration, CRM/ERP processes, and account management. Ensure growers consistently receive the best possible returns. Develop, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to achieve clear, measurable targets. Represent the company at key U.S. and international fresh‑produce trade shows. Drive the annual regional budget, forecasting, and commercial performance metrics. Requirements What You’ll Bring A B.Comm or similar tertiary qualification (Marketing/International Trade advantageous). 8–10+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in fresh produce or perishable FMCG. A proven track record of managing key retail accounts and driving commercial strategy. Strong analytical, planning, and organisational capabilities. Excellent communication skills and relationship‑building ability. Resilience, attention to detail, and a highly results‑driven approach. Experience with CRM systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite) preferred. A structured, disciplined operating style with sound judgement and discretion. Why Join Us?
