The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering mental health therapy, particularly within the geriatric population.

• In-depth knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and established evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored for older adults.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy, with a focus on geriatric clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
