This position operates under a fully remote telehealth model, allowing for flexible work arrangements. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
