Work Environment

The Physical Therapist role will be performed onsite within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Woodbridge, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations to assess their rehabilitation needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans targeting specific rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercise regimens and instruct patients on safe practices for daily activities aimed at enhancing mobility and reducing pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
• Conduct group therapy sessions and individual treatments tailored to patients' varying needs and progress levels.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and the use of rehabilitation equipment.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Flex Well Therapeutics, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including adults recovering from orthopedic injuries and pediatric patients requiring therapy for developmental conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree from an accredited program.
• A valid and active physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Preferred Experience

• While relevant experience is preferred, newly graduated candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with pediatric and adult rehabilitation is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
