Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities using advanced assessment tools and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer skilled therapy treatments that encompass therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities aimed at enhancing physical functionality and mobility.
• Regularly monitor patient progress through precise documentation and modify treatment approaches to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver holistic patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic strategies, home exercise regimens, and effective injury prevention techniques tailored to their circumstances.
• Implement fall prevention programs and safety protocols within the practice to ensure the well-being of clients residing in assisted living environments.
