Work Environment

The Rehabilitation Center in Edison creates a welcoming and therapeutic atmosphere for both patients and staff. Our facility is equipped with advanced technology and tools to enable effective therapy practices. Operating from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, our team enjoys a structured work schedule while retaining flexibility to manage patient assignments and treatment plans autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.
• Provide skilled therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and advanced modalities specific to geriatric care.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational and speech therapists, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, establishing home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies tailored to daily living.
• Implement safety measures and fall prevention programs to reduce the risk of accidents and promote a secure living environment for our clients.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements, actively participating in continuing education to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality while providing the highest quality of care to our patients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Flex Well Recovery offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, reflecting experience and qualifications.
