Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear objectives, tailoring interventions according to the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated care pathways for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and create safety plans as needed for clients in distress.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, enhancing the therapeutic experience through shared learning and support.

• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
