Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices which inform personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and other ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to enhance patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings designed to elevate the quality of care delivered.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering informed and empowered decision-making.

You will be working with a varied clientele seeking support through life's challenges, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
