Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Hope Haven, you will be expected to fulfill a range of responsibilities to ensure the highest level of care is provided:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion, delivering care with a non-judgmental approach that respects the diverse experiences of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in teletherapy or those who have worked with populations facing trauma, anxiety, and depression will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth systems and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR can enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
