Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving defined therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective, evidence-based interventions to clients.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, providing a space for individuals to collectively address common mental health issues and build a supportive community.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient care for optimal recovery outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, offering critical support during mental health emergencies and helping clients to navigate their challenges.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources, empowering them to make informed choices about their care.

• Maintain rigorous and confidential documentation adhering to all legal and ethical standards set forth in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n
