Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Rethink Mental Healthcare, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to supporting client progress, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Establishing clear communication channels with supervisors, care staff, family members, and other relevant parties to discuss client progress and modifications to treatment plans.

• Scheduling appointments efficiently and ensuring an organized calendar for home visits and follow-up sessions.

• Coordinating in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews to provide comprehensive care.

• Implementing program plans effectively and monitoring their execution to ensure high standards of care.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on client cases.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including monthly and quarterly progress notes, to support continuity of care.

• Training staff and team members on the program’s implementation processes and documentation requirements.

• Providing ongoing support through follow-up interviews and house visits to ensure that client needs are being consistently met.

• Acting as a liaison within the public and mental health community, promoting effective support networks for clients.

• Assisting in the development of training materials to enhance program offerings for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, with preference given to those with a clinical background.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
