Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and mental health status, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustment of care strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to collaborate with colleagues and enhance team cohesion, sharing insights and resources.

• Manage your private practice caseload effectively, balancing client care with administrative responsibilities.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive service delivery.

• Provide substantial support for individuals with mental health disorders and those experiencing substance use challenges, employing a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals across various ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs. Your role will involve offering support to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. This varied caseload allows for a dynamic and fulfilling therapeutic experience, enhancing your clinical skills and understanding of holistic care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent is essential for this role.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is necessary, demonstrating your readiness to engage effectively with clients.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to build trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities.

• Experience working with specific populations, including adolescents or those struggling with addiction, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary package, our benefits include:
