Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each client's history, strengths, and challenges while identifying the most effective treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to provide high-quality care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, supporting clients as they process their trauma and develop essential coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless continuum of care, optimizing therapeutic outcomes for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
