Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to trauma alerts, performing rapid assessments to gauge patients' conditions upon arrival.
• Stabilize patients, providing immediate interventions to prevent further health deterioration.
• Assist with resuscitation efforts and apply life-saving treatments during critical emergencies.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests and results.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the trauma team to ensure a seamless continuum of care for each patient.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while overseeing invasive procedures and effective wound management.
• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma care, recovery processes, and preventive measures.
• Assist in transferring trauma patients to appropriate care units or facilities as needed.
• Monitor patients' pain levels, managing discomfort effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Compensation and Benefits

Union Family Medical Hospital offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
