Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that enables seamless communication and therapy delivery. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some required flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to deliver individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups tailored to address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support and strategic solutions during mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
