Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time remote work arrangement, allowing you to manage patient interactions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional outpatient office environment. Scheduled hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, identifying mental health issues and developing appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults who present with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. Your ability to connect with clients on an individual level will be essential in guiding them through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A valid New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is necessary to practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and understanding client needs.

• Proficient in technology and telehealth platforms to ensure seamless remote client communication and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
