This is a full-time remote position based in Bel Air, Maryland, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the lives of others. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving needs, utilizing tools for effective case management and documentation.

• Collaborate actively with the clinical team to share insights and strategies for enhancing treatment protocols and overall care delivery.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of assessments and therapeutic interventions adhering to organizational practices and compliance standards.

• Engage with Emora Health’s clinical leadership to refine and innovate clinical methodologies aimed at delivering the highest standard of care for families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children and teens to young adults, presenting a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and behavioral issues. You will be at the forefront of helping these individuals develop healthier coping strategies and recover from emotional distress, fostering a more resilient and motivated clientele.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and unrestricted state license in Maryland as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of relevant psychotherapy experience is necessary, with a preference for post-licensure experience.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment commencement.
