Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental health across a wide range of issues.

• Perform detailed assessments that evaluate clients’ strengths and challenges, facilitating a clear understanding of their treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and update customized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and community organizations, to provide integrated care that addresses all facets of a client's wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a fully licensed status to practice independently, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with no limitations on licensure.

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, alongside the ability to formulate rationale for treatment planning.
