Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions to clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Utilize measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs of each patient.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including coaches, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Engage in continuous feedback regarding program curricula and training protocols to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Remain informed about and provide input on the integration of technology in mental health treatment modalities.

• Maintain an acute awareness of risk management concerns to ensure client safety and program compliance.

• Participate in both initial and ongoing training related to our evidence-based and tech-enhanced delivery methods to stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Mind Supremacy LLC, you will primarily work with children and adolescents who are dealing with anxiety and related disorders. Our patient population is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds with distinct cultural and socioeconomic experiences. Your contributions will play a critical role in helping them navigate their mental health challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A full independent counseling license in the state of California is mandatory.
\n
• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic approaches, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

• A demonstrated ability to be culturally responsive and inclusive in your practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in treating children and adolescents, specifically related to anxiety disorders, is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
