Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health issues, strengths, and specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual students.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, school counselors, and psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Educate students and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on resilience building and coping strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with student goals, preferences, and academic requirements.

• Act as an advocate for students by helping them navigate the complexities of the mental health and educational systems.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions for students and their families to raise awareness about mental health challenges and available resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
