Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite within a school setting, allowing for direct access to the pediatric population and their families. You will work a full-time schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. Participation in various community outreach initiatives and health fairs during weekends may also be required, reflecting our commitment to engaging with the community outside of traditional clinic hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to ensure accurate evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to manage both acute and chronic medical conditions while providing education on disease management and prevention strategies.
• Engage collaboratively with community organizations and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful health education programs aimed at addressing prevalent health issues.
• Offer culturally competent care, advocating for patient rights and facilitating access to necessary healthcare services regardless of backgrounds or circumstances.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care, ensuring continuity of treatment and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
