Work Environment

As a Nurse Practitioner at Restoring Healthcare, you will work in a supportive and collaborative onsite setting, where professional growth and participation in community health education are prioritized. You will typically work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with opportunities for evening clinics until 8:00 p.m., and participation in weekend community outreach events is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for diverse populations, ensuring individualized patient care.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions, providing preventive care and promoting overall health and wellness.
• Design and implement educational health programs in collaboration with community organizations, responding to the specific health needs identified in the community.

• Coordinate patient referrals and manage follow-up care to maintain a continuity of care across various health services.
