Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, providing face-to-face care to our patients in a comfortable and familiar environment. You will work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with rotating Saturday coverage, fostering a structured yet flexible work schedule that allows for a balanced professional and personal life. Collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare providers, you will be supported in your efforts to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to manage both physical and psychological health issues of patients.
• Identify normal and abnormal findings during patient consultations, utilizing your clinical judgement to make informed decisions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans for patients, regularly reassessing their conditions to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
• Monitor patients' responses to medications and treatments, making necessary adjustments to care plans to maximize health outcomes.
• Prescribe immunizations in alignment with recommended schedules and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to facilitate high-quality, continuous patient care.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate medical records, including initiating and managing the Problem/Medication list during each patient encounter.
• Ensure timely and precise documentation, reflecting adherence to organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner studies from an accredited program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on cardiology or pain management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied patient case load effectively, using advanced clinical skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive salary between USD 150,000 and 160,000 annually, supplemented with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
