Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite at our Baldwin location, operating within a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere. You'll work during regular hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. As an NP, you may also be required to participate in community outreach events and health fairs, promoting wellness and preventive care to underserved populations. This full-time role encompasses approximately 40 hours of work per week, contributing to a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, identifying unique health concerns and formulating care plans accordingly.
• Diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
