Work Environment

This position will require the Nurse Practitioner to work onsite at a local school facility, providing an engaging and familiar environment for both our staff and patients. The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events, health fairs, and educational workshops on weekends may also be required. The average weekly commitment is approximately 40 hours, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while making a significant impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for students and their families, identifying specific health needs and concerns.
• Diagnose both acute and chronic medical conditions, implementing preventive care strategies and health promotion initiatives tailored to the community’s needs.
• Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and stakeholders to develop and lead health education programs addressing prevalent health issues.
• Provide patient-centered, culturally sensitive care while advocating for patients’ rights and ensuring equitable access to healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to maintain continuity for complex cases, working closely with other healthcare providers.
• Keep detailed and compliant medical records, in alignment with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Engage in community outreach activities and health fairs to promote awareness and conduct health screenings.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Angelic Harmony Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
