Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Provide direction and support to ensure high-quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain accurate patient charts, ensuring timely completion and daily forwarding to relevant parties.
• Build and uphold trust with colleagues and patients by adhering to clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including familiarity with health information management standards such as HIPAA.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications responsibly, and educate patients on treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage (I&D), splinting, suturing, infection management, and wound care.
• Conduct thorough analyses of patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop accurate diagnoses.

• Participate in other duties as assigned by management, adapting to the evolving needs of the clinic.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
• A valid Family Nurse Practitioner license compliant with state regulations.

• Ability to conduct virtual consultations and provide effective care to patients through telehealth platforms.
• Experience in high-paced and autonomous settings, demonstrating efficient work habits.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Telehealth Clinician is preferred, providing you with the ability to seamlessly adapt to remote healthcare delivery.
• Experience leading healthcare teams and managing clinical workflows effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 125,000 to 140,000, along with a robust benefits package.
