Work Environment

In this hospital setting, you will work within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other nurses, all focused on providing comprehensive patient care. Your work schedule will typically be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a requirement for some evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in weekend health fairs and community outreach events may also be expected, ensuring that you are integrated within the community you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and diagnostic screenings for individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions while promoting preventive care strategies tailored to community needs.
• Collaborate with local organizations to create and implement impactful health education programs that raise awareness and encourage healthful practices.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, understanding the diverse backgrounds of our patients, and advocating for their healthcare rights and access to services.
• Coordinate necessary referrals and manage follow-up care to maintain continuity and quality of care throughout the patient’s journey.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Angelic Harmony Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications.
