Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for residents and community members, facilitating early detection and intervention for health concerns.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, delivering preventive care and health promotion tailored to individual needs.
• Design and implement health education programs in collaboration with local organizations to enhance community awareness about health issues.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits
