Work Environment

This position is onsite in our Uniondale facility that exemplifies a warm and welcoming atmosphere, designed to make patients feel comfortable and respected. Your work hours will typically run from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. to accommodate patient schedules. Additionally, involvement in community outreach events or health fairs on weekends may be required, allowing you to engage directly with the community and promote health awareness among local populations. You will be part of a supportive team environment, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to elevate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments, including routine screenings and evaluations for patients of all ages, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their health status.

• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions, offering preventive care strategies tailored to individual patient needs and promoting health literacy.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, demonstrating your commitment to high standards of care.

Compensation and Benefits
