Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a valid license to practice in New York.

• At least 2 years of hands-on nursing experience in a family medicine setting or similar specialty.
• Proficiency in physical assessment, disease diagnosis, and management of chronic conditions.
