Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions and develop personalized care plans that include preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate actively with community organizations to initiate and implement health education programs that target prevalent health concerns.

Qualifications

• Possess a current certification as a Nurse Practitioner and an active state nursing license to practice in New York.
• Have obtained a Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Show a minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably with experience in community health or public health settings.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
