Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments during home visits to evaluate patients’ health status.

• Prescribe necessary medications and administer immunizations to promote patient health.
• Educate patients on health promotion initiatives, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Order, interpret, and explain diagnostic tests to patients to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date medical records to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
