Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be actively involved in a variety of essential functions aimed at enhancing the development of young children. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify individual needs.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitoring and assessing outcomes as a vital member of a collaborative team.

• Providing hands-on support to families, empowering them to foster their child's growth and learning.

• Complying with all relevant federal and state regulations throughout your practice.

• Building rapport with children, families, and caregivers to establish a strong support network.

• Utilizing natural environment teaching and the coaching model to enhance family involvement in the learning process.

• Assuring compliance with safety and health standards for both staff and clients served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children in need of early intervention services. Your day-to-day interactions will involve collaborating with parents and caregivers of babies and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By providing targeted support, you will help them build essential skills in cognitive, social/emotional, physical, and communication areas during critical developmental phases.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current license issued by the Department of Public Health, with an LCSW designation.

• A valid driver's license for potential travel to family homes or community settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually , dependent on experience. Additional benefits entail:
