The Touchstone Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role will play a crucial part in providing therapeutic support and specialized services to children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly those aged 0 to 3 years. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify developmental needs and formulate individualized treatment plans for children.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting interventions as needed based on ongoing assessments.
\n
• Provide educational and emotional support to families, enabling them to better understand their child’s specific challenges and the resources available to them.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations concerning early intervention services.
\n
• Utilize various therapeutic approaches to develop rapport and adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with infants and toddlers who present with a range of disabilities or developmental delays. You will support their health and learning in crucial early years—an important period where effective early intervention can lead to significant improvements in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. A deep understanding of family dynamics and effective communication strategies will be essential in building trust and establishing a positive working relationship with each family.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid and active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a social worker, particularly with children in early intervention settings.

• Ability to adapt therapeutic methods to suit the individual learning styles of children.
\n
• Possess a valid driver’s license for potential visits to clients’ homes or community resources.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and a family-centered approach to intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
