Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental milestones and areas requiring intervention.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Monitor and track developmental outcomes, ensuring effective follow-up and adjustments to care as necessary.
\n
• Provide educational support and skills training to families, tailored to enhance the developmental progress of their child.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations and standards to ensure compliance and the highest quality of care.
\n
• Engage with families to establish rapport, employing effective communication styles that foster understanding and collaboration.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to recommend strategies for child development.
\n
• Support the coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies to facilitate learning in real-life contexts.

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment that prioritizes the health and safety of children, families, and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving babies and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will guide interventions that promote physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills during crucial early years of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the California Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for travel to client locations when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
