Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Wealth Wellness Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Monitoring and reporting on developmental outcomes, ensuring alignment with established goals and strategies.
\n
• Providing essential support to families through educational resources, skill-building sessions, and emotional support to foster healthy child development.
\n
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations regarding early intervention practices, contributing to a safe and compliant care environment.
\n
• Building strong rapport with children and their families to create a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.

• Leveraging evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance children's learning experiences.
\n
• Utilizing a coaching model to facilitate natural environment teaching and support.
\n
• Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote the overall wellbeing of children and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting children from birth to three years old who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. The LCSW will work directly with families, offering tools and resources that empower them to champion their child's development, while delivering empathetic and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health with LCSW credentials.

• A valid driver's license.
\n
