Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify service needs for children and families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

• Provide direct support to families, helping them navigate the complexities of early intervention services.

• Administer evaluations and assessments in line with federal and state regulations for child development.

• Utilize the Natural Learning Environment Practices to deliver effective early intervention services within the child’s everyday context.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance standards to safeguard both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on assisting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. As a vital component of St. Luke's Children's Services, your efforts will help facilitate early learning and skill development in domains such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will work closely with families to empower them as key partners in their child's developmental journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• Minimum of one year of experience in early intervention, particularly with young children.

• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and a compassionate approach to care.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance caseloads.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
