Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms of mood disorders, focusing on their severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring strategies are tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of $115,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and education.
