Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client concerns, histories, and aspirations, thereby establishing individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Counselors employed full-time are entitled to a monthly healthcare stipend, which supports your well-being. Additionally, you can benefit from free access to our services as a client, provided you remain an active counselor with us.
