Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, employing standardized tools and clinical judgment to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide effective, evidence-based therapeutic services across various modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care, share insights, and establish treatment goals that align with clients’ needs.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to assist clients facing acute distress, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of individuals during emergencies and high-stress situations.

• Engage in community-based outreach and education initiatives aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues and promoting awareness of available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be servicing a wide range of demographics, drawing in clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging clients and building trusting therapeutic relationships.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, allowing for effective interventions across different societal groups.

• Organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and timelines of client interactions and treatment updates.

Compensation and Benefits\n
