This position allows you to work remotely while still being part of an engaging and supportive team environment. Our clinic operates weekdays from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.

• Perform detailed assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, including crisis interventions when necessary.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, setting achievable goals for recovery.

• Document progress in electronic health records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained to facilitate continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing communication with colleagues and external resources to coordinate care effectively.

• Facilitate workshops and support groups that empower clients with coping strategies and resiliency tactics.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field.

• Active California LCSW license.
