Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients within the hospice setting—individuals facing terminal diagnoses and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.

• A current state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
