Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized mental health goals and treatment plans, modifying them as needed based on client progress.

• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention services, ensuring that clients feel safe and understood during their most challenging times.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and client-compliant records for all sessions as per HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that client confidentiality is always prioritized.

• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist within our clinic, you will work with a varied client population, which may include individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• At least two years of previous experience in a mental health counseling context, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and facilitate their mental health journeys.

• A genuine passion for providing effective, evidence-based, client-centered care that emphasizes collaboration and empathy.
