Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using validated treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care effectively.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to meet ethical and legal obligations, using electronic health records systems and ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
